Working For IronBirds, Venuto Realizes Dream

From the time she was 12 years old, Amy Venuto knew she wanted to work in baseball. She spent the better part of her lifetime working her way up the minor league ladder. However, when given the chance to be called up to the major league club, she eschewed it in favor of the more personal appeal of the IronBirds and minor league baseball.
