In the days since the Tampa Bay Rays gave away a bobblehead of David Price’s dog , we’ve seen manager Joe Maddon hanging out with some interesting characters. On Wednesday — which happens to be Maddon garden gnome night in Tampa — he shared his chair with a penguin. And we’re not talking about those dudes in Pittsburgh who play hockey.
