Shorebirds Take Series with 5-4 Finale Win

The Delmarva Shorebirds (15-28) scored the go-ahead run in the seventh inning to defeat the Greensboro Grasshoppers (19-23) 5-4 on Sunday night at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. With the win, the Shorebirds secured their first series win since early July when they beat Lakewood two games to one (July 1-3).
