Shorebirds Drop Opener to Suns, 4-1

Hagerstown Suns (31-20) first baseman Shawn Pleffner hit a three-run home run in the sixth inning to lead the Suns over the Delmarva Shorebirds (20-31) 4-1 on Tuesday night at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium.
