Depending on when you listen to this, we’re either closing out 2015 with one more show or kicking off with the first show of 2016. Either way, thanks for another great year, 336ers!

Leading Off

Josh is working on the new studio, but isn’t quite ready to unveil it just yet. The Ravens pulled off the improbable upset of the Steelers last week, giving Ravens fans something to cheer about during this awful year. Matt says it’s like an old September game at Oriole Park between the O’s and Yankees, but doesn’t quite consider it Curse-of-the-Andino-esque.

Ravens Talk

Ryan Mallett looked good, and Kamar Aiken has been playing well for a month. Steve Smith will return to the Ravens in 2016 – surprised?

Chuck Pagano won’t be back in Indy. Could the Ravens bring him back?

Will the Ravens pull off another upset in Cincinnati this week?

Orioles Talk

There has been zero Orioles news since Christmas. In New York, however, the Yankees traded for Aroldis Chapman. Is their bullpen better than the Orioles’ now?

Will the Orioles do anything this offseason? Is Yoenis Cespedes really a realistic option?

Josh thinks Scott Boras really screwed up by not having Chris Davis sign the Orioles’ $150 million offer, and thinks he’ll end up signing for more like $120 million.

What’s with all these player opt outs? And what’s with Dan Duquette’s posturing about never giving an opt out?

Ball Bag

Ned Rice left the Orioles this week. Big deal?

It’s New Year’s Eve (when we recorded). What were the biggest Baltimore sports stories of 2015?
