Today on the show the Ravens wear ugly pants, the Orioles go to South Korea, and Jonah Heim comes to Section 336.
Leading Off
Bah humbug? Bert’s Twitter followers are smarter than he is when it comes to fantasy football. Josh & Bert want to spoil Star Wars: The Force Awakens for Matt.
Jonah Heim
The guys are joined by Jonah Heim (Jonah_Heim6), the Orioles’ 4th-round draft pick in 2013. Heim, a switch-hitting catcher, hit .248/.280/.336 in Delmarva in 2015. Heim talks about the decision to sign with the O’s over enrolling at Michigan State, his relationship with other O’s minor league catchers like Chance Sisco and Alex Murphy, being an Orioles fan, and more.
NA NA NANANA HYUN-SOO KIM
The Birds signed a Korean outfielder, Hyun-soo Kim. He comes with his own song!

Bert explains how baseball stat conversion is like currency conversion when you take your money overseas.
Projections are Stupid
The guys talk about how silly these ZiPS and other projections are, when they have things like Xavier Avery as the O’s starting RF, Dylan Bundy as the fifth starter, etc.
The Chris Davis saga continues, with no end in sight, and meanwhile the O’s are rumored to be sniffing around other players like Yoenis Cespedes.
Mustard Pants
Uniform expert Bert has mixed feelings on the Ravens’ mustard-colored pants. He actually kinda liked it, despite the peanut-butter-&-jelly feel.
Matt likes that the ugly uniforms match the ugly play.
Ball Bag
Jerry Coleman is leaving 105.7 The Fan. Thoughts?
Orioles fans average 9.9 grammatical errors per 100 words. Ravens fans average 7.3. What’s English teacher Matt have to say about this?
What’s your Baltimore sports Christmas wish this year?
