The last time fans had a welcoming party for the Orioles following a playoff series, it was a joyous yet somber occasion after a Game 5 loss to the New York Yankees in the 2012 ALDS. Today, the atmosphere was joyous yet anticipatory, as the team returned from sweeping the Detroit Tigers in this year’s ALDS.
