The Delmarva Shorebirds continued their rough patch with an 8-5 loss in the series finale to the Greensboro Grasshoppers. Luis Gonzalez finally ran into some trouble as a four-run sixth inning did the Shorebirds in on Tuesday evening.

The Delmarva Shorebirds were swept in a doubleheader by the Greensboro Grasshoppers on Monday evening. After rain washed out two nights at Perdue Stadium, the Shorebirds struggled to regain their offense in back-to-back 2-0 shutout defeats.

The Bowie Baysox announce Legends of Wrestling Night with special appearance by Kurt Angle Wednesday, Aug. 20, as the team takes on the Reading Fightin Phils at 6:35 p.m.
