The pain from being swept in the ALCS has not subsided. Much like playoff losses in 1996, 1997, and 2012, it will never completely dissipate. However, acceptance has at least replaced denial in our progression through the stages of grief, and it’s now time to put everything in perspective and look back at just how “f***ing awesome,” as Adam Jones put it, 2014 was for Birdland.
Spring Training
