Today is an exciting day. This week has been Section 336’s first week with 24×7 Networks (Eutaw Street Report and Russell Street Report). As our first show at 24×7 is Episode 76, Matt looks back at our first 75, offering thanks, appreciation and love to some great guys. Over the past year, Section 336 was a member of the Baltimore Sports Report Network. Section 336 values our relationships with Bird’s Eye View, Baltimorons, Orioles Spastics, and the BSR Podcast and it’s only fitting to start this new chapter with a little reflection on the past.

- We start with Manny Machado being out for the year. Matt wrote an article detailing how some quotes this time around are pretty similar to those we heard after last year’s injury. Why does Manny always refer to himself? For instance, saying “I will decide,” while Buck and Dan always say stuff like “We will decide.” Josh is a bit concerned about the character of Manny. Why now? Why did Manny have surgery now, rather then wait for the offseason? Josh read Matt’s article and made a conclusion that Matt is not happy about. Bert thinks Manny went to a One Direction concert, and more.
- How much does many being out of the lineup effect the Orioles chances to win it all? What percent would you give it? Time for some bad math.
- Next up, what happened in that Chicago Cubs series? Former Orioles, Jake Arietta, Pedro Strop, and Tsuyoshi Wada looked great, the current Orioles, not so much. Bert and Josh were tin attendance for Monday’s DongFest, as the team bounced back agains the rays.
This Weekend
